This is a 1-day sale in preparation for the next two large 3-day sales located at this unique facility. There are two buildings totaling over 40,000 square feet packed from floor to ceiling. The original mill closed down in the 70s and had multiple owners over the last 50 years. Each owner added more and more, and the last owner filled it to capacity. You cannot get through it in one, two, or even three sales—it's that deep! The amazing things people are pulling out are incredible. For this sale, we offer you a $20 bag—fill it with anything from the Red building and most of the White building. "Bring your own grocery bag"anything you can fit into is is yours if its not markedand fill as many bags as you like. There is one area where the $20 bags don’t apply, and that is the garage area of the White building. These items have been pulled early on and marked accordingly, but we will negotiate. So bring your bags, your dirty clothes, and a flashlight, and get picking!
