It is full of great items that you cannot get anywhere else for the prices we have on them. A wonderful sale with so many nice items. One of the best sales ever listed. The owner has the right to reclaim items in the sale.

• We can’t advertise the location until the day before the sale. Thank you for understanding.
• Please bring Cash also Venmo. We accept, credit/debit cards, Credit/debit have 5% surcharge added.
• Our check writing policy is “We will accept Checks for no less than $ 50.00 in merchandise with proper identification.” All transactions less than $50.00 must be cash, credit or debit.
• Please bring your own moving crews. If you purchase large items that require a crew to move, please be ready to move items during the sale. We are not equipped to handle all the moving of items.
• All sales are final. No returns. It is your responsibility to inspect all items prior to purchase.
