Contractor & Antique Tool Sale ONSITE Lehi, UT Tools, Tools, Tools, this sale is all tools power tools, contractor tools, antique tools with some hardware and miscellaneous thrown in to keep you all on you toes :-). Some good stuff here ~~~ Address will be posted at close of sale, all items are in Lehi, UT. No shipping available for this auction. *****PLEASE READ******* PLEASE READ OUR PICKUP PROCEDURE: You must sign up for a time and pick up your items in the times we have for pick up we will not be available for pick-ups once these times expire. DO NOT bid if you cannot commit to a pickup time. Items begin closing at 10:00 am Thursday October 24th, 2024. Auction pick-up times Friday October 25th 11:00 am to 4:00 pm, and Saturday October 26th 11:00 am to 4:00 pm, all purchases will need to be picked up Saturday by 4:00pm or will be forfeit, this does not relieve your obligation to pay for items won. Please don't bid if you cannot pick up in the designated time frame. Please Sign up for a time at this website, include your invoice #. All items are at ( Lehi, Utah ) All items will be available in the gravel driveway through the gate. Please do not drive in with a trailer util you have checked in with us. You will be required to LOAD all your auction winning, we DO NOT have loading help available. Do not come to the property outside of the published pick up hours. Do not go to the front door of the house, all items are in the back area gravel drive way. Items not picked up will be forfeit. WE do not move items from this site, it is the successful bidders responsibility to pick up their items! The auction will close on Thursday, pick up will not begin until Friday! Please email or text with question. Google Map Link: ( to be announced ) We have made a couple of changes to our auctions due to rising costs for us. There will now be a 5% buyers premium as well as a 3% service charge on electronic payments. We will accept cash at time of pick up. Please let us know you wish to pay with cash and bring exact change, please. If paying cash you will need to notify by text that you are paying cash, please include the invoice number in the message. All item that are unpaid on the day after the auction closes will be charged to the card on file, unless cash payment notification has been sent. Please bring loading help, no loading help will be provided on furniture items, your items will be available to pick up and load up generally in the front of the house, If you are sick please stay home and send someone else to pick up. Pick-up will be staggered in 5-minute intervals for our safety and yours. Large furniture will require you to bring moving help, you need to be able to move what you buy we cannot provide moving. The piano will require piano movers!!! Shipping will be available on select items, shipping is not free please contact us for shipping quote with destination zip code, all items ship from 84115. FYI shipping may cost more than the item won! These are the only pick-up times available, items must be paid for and picked up by this time unless other arrangements are made. Shipping is available on select items please contact us for cost. You may also arrange shipping or pick-up through a third party once items are paid in full. We do not automatically charge the card on file until close of business 3 days after the auction. All auctions have a soft close which means if a bid is received in the last 5 minutes it extends the time on the auction by 5 minutes. Auctions begin closing at 10 am and close every 10 seconds thereafter unless extended by a bid in the last 3 minutes. Auctions close in 10 second increments. All items must be paid for by 6:00 pm on the day the auction closes. Items not paid by this time will be charged to the Credit Card on file. If the charge does not go through and is not paid for then the auction will be forfeit and you will be blocked from future bidding. Your bid is an acceptance of all conditions stated in this auction.
