The sale will begin promptly at 9 AM on Friday morning. You are welcome to create an entry list, but please ensure you maintain it, as the sale organizers cannot be held responsible for any changes or removals from the list placed in the basement. We also provide a professional delivery service for a fee, with deliveries typically scheduled for Mondays and Tuesdays. It is crucial to be present during your designated delivery time, as no refunds will be issued for items delivered or for the delivery service fee if you are unavailable. Parking is limited, so we encourage carpooling. Additional parking can be found on several nearby side streets. Remember to wear comfortable shoes! Please refrain from parking in the driveway, as it is designated for pick-up only. Thank you!
