We ARE going to make this work!!!!! Our client has sold House #1 here in Sun City. They purchased House #2 also here in Sun City. They will continue toreside in #1 until they can move to #2. Due to extremely short timeframe, which appears to be 3 days,between the two Close of Escrows (change of ownership), we will be doing presales for furniture in #1. We expect there to be an actual "open" Estate Sale, but this will have tooccur within the 1-1/2 days we have to work with at the very beginning of November, after client has vacated #1. Within this 1-1/2 days, we are also tasked with emptying the house. Follow me so far? Anyway - I am posting some pictures and hope to add more over the next 2 weeks and if you are seriously interested in any of the furniture, I WILL BE DOING PRESALES, by appointment only. See pictures please. Bulk furniture purchases are more than welcome!!!!!!
