Contents include collectible signed pictures, TV's, Harley Davidson motorcycle parts, ride-on Jeep toy, BBQ grill, tools, art work, jewelry box, shoe boxes, electric scooters, clothes, watch boxes, bicycles, furniture, plus much more. The functionality of electric/electronic items is unknown. The unit is located in Poughkeepsie, NY.Payment is due by Thursday, October 31 at 1PM.Information with payment and pickup instructions will be emailed to winning bidders the morning after the auction ends.Pickup must be completed by Sunday, November 3 at 5PM. Pickup note: The winning bidders must clean/take all & leave nothing in the unit or on the storage facility property & have the unit broom swept clean by Sunday, November 3 at 5PM. Anything left in the unit after Sunday, November 3 at 5PM will be deemed abandoned & all cleanup costs will be the responsibility of the buyer. There is no dumpster on the property. Any unit not completely emptied, the high bidder will incur a disposal fee of at least $150. The storage facility closes at 10PM. Due to security reasons the storage facility & room numbers will only be given to winning bidders. The key to the unit & the gate access codes must be picked up by Friday, November 1 at 3PM at the Absolute Auctions & Realty office in Pleasant Valley, NY.All lots sold as is, where is.
