Round 2 of this Series is a Discovery auction. We have been pulling items from areas that haven’t been accessed in a year or more! Opening pallets from several different shows and finding treasures. All lots open at $10 and will sell to the highest bidders! This location, formerly home to Studio Service Group, is approx. 200,000sf of props, including furniture, décor, household goods, electronics, art and designer items, lighting, restaurant equipment and furnishings, industrial and more, both new and used. You will find the odd and unusual, the wild and the routine. BidSells Auction Company will be conducting multiple auctions until the building is cleared! Nothing will be held back. ASSET DESCRIPTION: Selling a large variety of film props in almost every category from a 200k+ sq. ft. facility just off I-75 in Jonesboro, GA. ONLINE BIDDING: Opens Monday, Dec 2nd at 6pm! PREVIEW/ INSPECTION: Friday & Saturday, Dec 13th & 14th from 10am til 2pm You are STRONGLY advised to inspect the items, in person, during the inspection period in order to validate the descriptions and/or photographs in the catalog. Some items have been used and transported so many have dings or damage. Some items have been adjusted for screen use. Major credit cards are accepted on any invoices under $2500; all invoices over that amount must be paid by wire transfer or cash. Invoices over 10k must be accompanied by Form 8300. Immediately following the auction, Auctioneer will email each winning bidder an invoice. Payment by card, for invoices totaling less than $2500, can be made using the link on the invoice. We can also accept payment at the auction site from 9 AM until 4 PM on Tues. Dec. 17th & Wed , Dec.18th from 10am til 3pm. Payment must be received no later than 3 PM on Wednesday, Dec 18th. Cash payment must be in exact change- we do not carry cash onsite to make change. SALES TAX: Applicable sales tax( 8%) will be added to all assets UNLESS proper tax-exempt forms are brought with you to the auction, NO EXCEPTIONS. BUYER’S PREMIUM: There is a 15% Buyer’s Premium for this auction. Example: For a high bid of $1,000, a 15% buyer’s premium of $150 will be added making the purchase price $1,150.
