This enchanting three-story Victorian Mansion has been in the Pierson family since the 1840's. I was originally going to do a pre-sale on many items...but I don't take kindly to change. Fearing I would lose some of my customer base; I changed my mind! ( so just in case you saw any previous advertisements about a pre-sale nothing has been sold early and nothing will be sold until we have the sale) In recent years the home has been lived in by the owner Jimmy Pierson and this late wife. The home is also known as the Holmes Hotel. What a charming home with 6 bedrooms & so much history. I'll take pictures soon of an article I found with History of the Hotel. You'll find several generations of items. From the late 1800's-to the 1970's. Some newer items, but not many. We're still making so many discoveries! We've really had a good time prepping this sale. The third floor contents have now been brought down. What a treasure trove. From vintage Christmas ornaments,general store items, ink wells, dolls & so much more. Of course after being in the third floor attic for so many decades everything needed a little sprucing up! This home had beautiful period furniture, paintings and a unique Collectibles from the Victorian time period. Plus an amazing collection of antique quilts all hand made- just for starters; vintage medicine & tobacco crates & tobacco still in original packaging. We've had a short time to put this together, so please look back for pictures. What a fantastic time to have a sale. It will definitely be a Victorian Christmas!
