We will record your name, items you have selected, and the time and date you have communicated with us. You will be placed on a list in order of your time stamp. If you are first to inquire about an item, you have right of 1st refusal; if you decide you don't want the item, we will call the next person in line for that item. Payment can be made over the phone or at the estate during your appointment by credit card, cash, or check (with ID).
