SORRY FOR THE DELAY! WITH THE IMPENDING WEATHER DUE TO OUR AREA THIS WEEKEND WE ARE POSTPONING THE SALE UNTIL NEXT WEEKEND JANUARY 17th & 18th. WE ARE SORRY FOR THE INCONVENIENCE... OKAY GANG! I need to get this in here FIRST because this is something I really need for you to read! This estate runs off a VERY BUSY road, Melrose in Bossier City. I DO NOT recommend you park on Melrose because some of the cars literally fly past through there, and I don't want you to get a ticket or, worse, get hit! They do not appear to show any mercy coming down this road. There is plenty of parking on N. Waverly and another street I can't remember the name of, but just be warned; I do not want to see anyone get hurt. Now, my apologies for the photo leak this morning. I uploaded the photos while I was a little bit under the weather and simply forgot to click the little button that says "private." I accidentally published them. So, a few of you got a sneak peek of the sale, lol. But that's okay; now you can see that rest. I have shot more photos than normal because I am producing a video with this sale, so if I have accidentally published more of the same thing, whoops! Either way, enjoy! I'm glad this is the first sale of this year because it's going to be a really good one. We have fantastic furniture and loads of kitchen, dining, and living. More than enough Christmas,special retro items, special vintage items, and clothes and shoes for miles and miles! Normally, I wouldn't tout too much on clothes, but in this sale, I kid you not, there aresome GREAT clothes. There are a lot of name brands that you are going to love and a lot of them retain the original tags. There are also many great shoes, many of them fancy. One question I was asked was the size of the shoes. If I recall, it seems like most were between 7 and 8, but there are also a few children's and men's shoes in the mix as well. You will note at the end of the photos there are a few photos of the garage. Most of what you see in these photos we are still unboxing. These boxes we took down from the attic. There were a lot of less desirable estate sale items, HOWEVER...there were a lot of great estate sale items that were hidden away up there, so we are still taking things into the house as we're unboxing, but never fear, it will all be ready when you arrive. Please be courteous to the neighbors; do not park on their grass, do not block their driveways, and make sure there is enough room for cars to move up and down the road. Bundle up and layer, it's going to be cold.Prices on items will not be given prior to the sale.
