* BRING HELP TO CARRY and be prepared to move larger purchases. Once purchased, items cannot be held.
* Cash, Venmo, and Credit Card (non-cash transactions are subject to a fee).
* NO PERSONAL CHECKS
* Please inspect before buying as there are no refunds, returns, credits, guarantees, etc.
* You are entering the property at your own risk. Use caution on the stairs, on the grounds, etc.
* No drinks or food inside.
* We do not disclose prices online. We are not selling from the page; it is first come, first served.
