Let’s get this year started !! What a sale we have for you this week ! Ya need cook books ? We’ve got em, between 1,000-2,000 ! Need tools ? We’ve got a garage full ! Are there kitchen utensils and gadgets you never even knew you needed ? We’ve got those, too ! Glassware ? You just won’t believe the selection ! This week’s sale will be held at 63 Chervil Common, in Lake Jackson. It’s a townhome, located off Silverbell Circle. Parking sucks. Your best bet is going to be to park on Silverbell Circle. (please only park on one side of the road, not both) Do NOT block driveways, nor the streets, so traffic can keep moving. The garbage scow has to be able to get through also. Leave your cranky pants somewhere else, please. It’s going to be really crowded, inside and out. The sale will be Friday and Saturday, January 17th-18th, 9:00a.m.-2:00p.m., both days. We do collect sales tax. We accept credit cards and cash. (Even out of town cash, for some customers-you know who you are ! Ha) The sign-up sheet will go out around 8:00 on Friday morning. Around 8:45, we’ll begin calling in the names of the folks on that list. Entry to the house and garage will be through the front door. NOT through the iron gate on the patio. THERE WILL BE NO CHILDREN ALLOWED IN THE SALE AREAS.No large purses, back packs, satchels, etc., allowed in the sale areas. Large or bulky items will be sporting two part tags. If you want to buy an item with one of those tags on it, please take the BOTTOM half of the tag off, and hang onto it until you’re ready to check out. If you change your mind, please find an EL worker,( we’re pretty hard to miss, since we wear company shirts), so they can reattach the tag to the item.Estate Liquidators does NOT provide haulers, loaders, nor pack mules, for your large or heavy items.
