Please do not use your GPS get to McDonald’s in Blountstown on Highway 20 and immediately turn left after McDonald’s on Central Avenue and the next street down on the left will be Sherry Avenue.  I’m telling you this because Sherry Avenue has a bridge down the street that is out and if you use your GPS, you will end up on the wrong side of the bridge.  This unique house is right downtown and has plenty to offer and the owner is willing to sell for $80,000 if we have any investors out there.  There is a claw foot tub that needs to be restored plenty of oversized desks for $20.
