Find a treasure at the Belleair Garden Club’s Annual "Junk & Jewels Sale" fundraiser, which will be held from February 6-8 inside their historic clubhouse. The Garden Club invites everyone to attend, shop, and enjoy the community spirit of this highly anticipated event. The sale will kick off with their customary “Presale Night” on Thursday, February 6, from 4:30 to 7:00 p.m. Collectors and shoppers can browse and get first dibs on all the goods. There is a $5 entry fee to attend the presale night only. The sale continues on Friday and Saturday, February 7-8, from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., and there is no fee to attend. This event is scheduled to coincide with the Belleair Community Garage Sale.

Preparations for the “Junk & Jewels Sale” have been ongoing for months. The Garden Club collects donations throughout the year from the community and club members. After sorting and tagging the items, club members work to transform their entire clubhouse into a shopping extravaganza. The sale will feature an eclectic mix of antiques, art, collectibles, jewelry, household goods, furniture, clothing, handbags, books, toys, and vintage treasures. Additionally, there will be an outdoor plant sale and a bake sale with Valentine’s treats, cakes, cookies, pies, and more.

“Our members have worked tirelessly to curate a fantastic array of goods, ensuring that there is something for everyone," said club president Kathy Hefele. "The proceeds will be used for our historic preservation projects and community education programs.”

The Belleair Garden Club is a non-profit 501 (c)(3) public charity organization. Funds from the event help support the club's Scholarship and Historic Preservation Programs.
