If you need furniture or are looking to furnish a home this is the sale for you! Everything in this home is in - like new condition! You will find a gorgeous leather sectional sofa, end tables, dining table & chairs, bedroom furniture, leather love seat, recliners, shelves, lighting, lamps, cabinets, wall décor & displays, HDTV flat screen televisions, art, vintage sports & non-sports cards, Lionel trains, clothing, shelving, generator, some tools, pressure washer, outdoor furniture, swing, firewood, knick-knacks, household & more! Don’t miss out! As with all of our sales everything is priced to sell, which means good deals for you!!! Sign-up sheets are started by the first person who arrives at the property (not us). If you start a Sign-Up Sheet we recommend you stay & not leave, otherwise you run the risk of your list being taken down by the next person who shows up. Numbers are given out between 7:00am - 7:30am (when we arrive). If a Sign-Up Sheet has been started please make sure you put your name on it and make sure are present to get your number. We open the doors at 9:00am (no earlier). Out of respect to our clients and their neighbors we recommend Sign-Up Sheets not to be started before Midnight on the day of the sale.
