APPROACH GUARD GATE & TELL THEM YOU ARE GOING TO THE ESTATE SALE AT THE ADDRESS, YOU CAN ONLY ENTER THROUGH THE GUARD GATE STARTING AT 8:00AM FROM THE DIRECTIONS IVE PROVIDED. DO NOT ATTEMPT TO DRIVE IN BEHIND SOMEONE AT A DIFFERENT GATE, YOU WILL BE TRACKED DOWN BY SECURITY AND ASKED TO LEAVE. PLUS YOU RISK DAMAGING YOUR VEHICLE AS THE ARMS COME DOWN QUICKLY AFTER EACH CAR. NO PRICES CAN BE QUOTED BEFORE THE SALE. We work on multiple homes at the same time with 100s of items in them. It is impossible to remember prices correctly. WE DO NOT PRE-SELL UNLESS SPECIFICALLY STATED.
