Norm and Laura Dianda estate liquidation auction. - Auction #2 (Main Home) This is the second auction we are doing at the Dianda Estate is South Reno. We have moved out of the shop and into the home. This auction offers up quite a variety of collectibles from all eras. There is plenty of art, collectibles, antiques, and so much more. This will be the first of probably two auction we are going to do in the main home on this property. Definitely more to come after this one is done. Auction will be open for bidding as soon as this auction is live. You must register an account on EstateSales.org and have a credit / debit card on file to bid on any items in the auction. Auction will begin closing on Sunday February 23rd at 4:00pm with lots closing every 30 seconds until the auction is complete. There are around 350lots so it will take some time to finish. This auction is running for almost3 weeks to allow us to prep and continue set up on the property and allow for adequate exposure. Pick up times will be scheduled for the following week after the auction concludes. We will schedule exact pick up days later and email that information out. Buyers premium for this auction will be 20%. Nevada sales tax will also be included in final sales price. If you have a tax ID for resale, you can input that number when you register on the site. Preview Days At this time we have preview days set for Friday February 14th and Saturday February 15th from 9:00am to 3:00pm. These will be the only preview days for this auction. We definitely recommend taking a look at all the lots prior to bidding. If you came to the last auction preview at this estate, we combined it with an additional estate sale. Well, we are doing it again. We are clearing more properties everyday and there will be an "In Person" estate sale happening at the same time and days. Please make sure you are following our company and receiving our emails to get updates on every sale. All items are being sold "As Is, Where Is". Please take advantage of preview days to examine items prior to bidding. There will be no returns on any auction items.
