Sat, Feb 15, 2025 @ 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM
Happy February ! I hope everybody made it through that quick freeze we had. We’ve never had a sale quite like this week’s, it has some amazing items in the home. Sorry guys, there are no items in the garage, we’ll make it up to y’all. For fans and serious collectors of military and weaponry items, you won’t be disappointed. We have a one-of-a-kind shadow box, filled with replica rocket models the homeowner designed, and helped bring to fruition for the US government. There’s a desk set that’s sporting a replica of a “golden” rocket. A fuze, commemorating the 1,000,000 fuze created, medals and cool memorabilia from his time serving our government. Y’all will just have to see this. There are also beautiful, fragile glass and pottery items. Please handle them with care. YOU BREAK, YOU BUY !!!! The sale will be held, at 2265 River Valley Drive, in Columbia Lakes. Remember, this is a gated community, drive carefully, respect others, park all cars on only one side of the street, (per the HOA president's request), and leave your cranky pants at home. The sale will be held February 14th and 15th, 9;00a.m.-2:00p.m. The sign-up list will go onto the front porch around 8;00 on Friday morning, and we’ll begin calling names in around 8;45. If you don’t want to put your name on the list, you’ll need to wait until the written names have been called in. There is a lovely staircase, to the second floor, BUT, IF YOU CANNOT SAFELY CLIMB STAIRS, STAY OFF THE STAIRS !!!! We accept credit cards and cash. We DO collect sales tax. No small children will be allowed in the sale areas, at the homeowners request. We abide by their wishes. No large purses, backpacks, or carriers allowed in the sale areas. Estate Liquidators does NOT provide loaders, carriers, nor pack mules. YOU need to make arrangements to have your items moved. We can provide the name/number of a local mover. Large or bulky items will sport two part, perforated tags. If you’d like to purchase one, tear the BOTTOM half of the tag off, and keep it with you until you check out. If you change your mind, please find an EL staff member, and give it to him/her, so they can reattach it to the item. The piano key cover will be closed and secured intentionally, unless a potential buyer would like it opened. One of the EL staff will open it for you. If you’re just wanting to pound on the keys, don’t.
