Estate Sale Terms and Conditions:
Address in Haslett will be available Wednesday evening. This sale is operated by the family.
Thursday (2/13) 9am-5pm
Friday (2/14) 9am-5pm
Saturday (2/15) 9am-3pm

Items include: Antiques, collectables, yard and garden tools, china and tea cups, vases, Tupperware, furniture - TV stands, couch and sleeper couch, solid wood bedroom set (headboard & frame, dresser & mirror, tall dresser, 2 night stands) and other dressers, living room end tables, coffee table, wooden benches, lamps, bookshelves, electronics/ TVs, stereo, printer, DVDs and CDs, Christmas decorations, Lots of Books - former Science school teacher and there are many books for kids, also history, war, novels, etc. Office supplies and computer desk, file cabinets, bedding and sheets and afghans, former quilter - quilting fabrics and supplies, yarn, sewing machine & supplies, handmade braided rugs & supplies, puzzles and antique games, kitchen supplies, canning supplies, pots and pans, luggage, misc auto and home cleaning supplies/ chemicals, women's clothing - many jackets and sweaters, cat’s meow village pieces and much much more!
· Depending on the size of the home, space, etc. we only allow so many customers in at a time due to security reasons. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
· Sales are monitored by surveillance cameras before, during, and after sale.
· There will be NO public bathroom on site, please plan accordingly.
· No personal bags, large purses, or oversized coats are allowed.
· Cash is the preferred method of payment. Venmo accepted. No Debit/Credit Cards and No personal checks accepted.
· All purchased items must be picked up prior to the close of the sale.
· All sales final. All items sold as is, where is.
· Not responsible for items left on site after payment is made. Not responsible for items left unattended while being held or after purchase.
· Please bring help to load heavy or oversized items. Delivery options available upon request in the local area for a fee.
· All electronic items are purchased as is and can be inspected prior to purchase.
· Not responsible for accidents or lost or damaged items left unattended after purchase.
· You are entering the sale at your own risk, the homeowner is not responsible for accidents.
