The address for this sale will be posted at 6am on Friday, February 14th. Please note that valuables are taken off site, and brought back the day of the sale. Live feed security monitors are used on the premises at all times. Line Lists ARE NOT allowed at our sales. Where you are standing in line, is your place in line. A box DOES NOT hold your place in line, or waiting in your car while others are standing in line. Please let others waiting in lineknowif you need to quickly leave to use a nearby restroom, or grab a bite to eat/grab coffee. We do not offer pre-sales, or early sales. ALL items pictured in our listings, WILL be in the sale. Please do not disturb neighbors and please park legally and safely. Please do not block neighbors driveways, or double park. We reserve the right to check all bags once you enter the residence. Backpacks ARE NOT allowed at our sales. Please bring your own boxes/paper/bubble wrap for packing fragile items.
