Charles and Jon are proud to bring you another great auction for JD's Realty and Auction. We have a house in the heart of West Knoxville full of wonderful treasures from out west and other destinations. Some nice furniture, pottery, dolls, china, and decor. Lots 2-222 are on the main level. Lots 223- are still to come and are in the basement and will have to go out and around the house. There is a rock and gravel path, so plan accordingly to get items out. The house sits on top of a hill and has a narrow driveway and small parking area. There is no room to turn trailers around at this estate. For larger items, you will need a truck, U-Haul or large van. Please watch all videos, or/and come to preview to see the area. NOTICE: Due to an abuse of us transporting items to our shipper, if you pick up your items at the shipper instead of having them shipped, you will be assessed a surcharge. This will vary depending on the items transported. Minimal fee will be $10. Factors in fee will be distance from estate and size or quantity of items taken. This is to compensate our shipping partner and the person's gas and time transporting the items. We apologize for any inconvience this may cause. Please bring help to load heavy items and large lots of items. Also, please note pick up days and times. These are the only days we will be at the estate.
