Since this is a condo, there is some housekeeping notes, we know blah blah blah….. Bags will not be allowed at this sale. You can leave your bags checked at the buildings door with our staff. Once you make your purchase you can get your bag. All areas are monitored so your items will be safe. We will supply you with “sold signs” if needed. This is a gated community. The community gate will be open for Friday. At noon, we will hand out numbers, numbers will not be left out. Once you get your number, please wait in your car and come back at 1:00 when the sale starts. The Condo association has requested that people do not loiter out front of the building. There are a lot of collectibles along with unique pieces of art, including sculptures. You will find a lot of oriental pieces are throughout the condo. There is a beautiful Henredon bedroom set and other pieces of furniture. So many pieces of beautiful and colorful jewelry. There is also women’s clothing size small and shoes size 4.5. There are kitchen items too!
