If you do not have Zelle We can not presell. 3) Items may be picked up at designated times or during the actual sale. If you pick up before sale, we DO NOT allow people inside the home, we will bring item outside for you. 4) All presales are subject to the applicable City Sales tax. 5) All Sales are FINAL. If there is a question regarding condition that the photos do not address, we recommend coming the day of the sale.
