All I can say about this week’s sale, is…..wow. Not too many tools in the garage, but there are plenty of other items in this sale to interest just about anyone ! Ya just about need to drop bread crumbs, to find your way through all of the rooms in this house ! Parking is tight, so please be courteous and kind to other shoppers. Don’t block driveways or mailboxes, and do not impede traffic, please. Leave those cranky pants at home !!! The sale will be held at 117 Dogwood, in Lake Jackson, March 7th-8th-9th. Friday and Saturday, 9:00a.m.-2:00p.m., both days. Sunday, 10:a.m.-2:00p.m. The sign up sheet will go out around 8:00, on Friday morning. We’ll begin calling the first folks on the list in, around 8:45. We DO collect sales tax, we ARE a business, not your granny’s garage sale. We have not accepted resale certificates, for nearly five years now. THERE WILL BE NO YOUNG CHILDREN ALLOWED IN THE SALE AREAS !!! The stairway in this house is very steep, with no railings. If you are not able to navigate stairs safely, then stay off the stairs !!! We will have color photos of all upstairs items, with prices. If you want to buy any of those items, you might ask someone for help. We will NOT be held liable for anyone who disregards the rules. Estate Liquidators does NOT provide loaders, carriers, nor pack mules, for your large or bulky items. Buyers need to make their own arrangements to have their items moved. If you shop in the jewelry area, be aware that you WILL be on camera. Plus, when you purchase items in the jewelry area, you must leave items with the attendant there. When you’re ready to check out, you’ll be given a written total of your purchases. When you’ve paid, take your receipt from the cashier, to pick up your items.
