Neighborhood Garage Sale And Block Party

Several houses in the Lanning Ln. and Candlewood Ct. area have expressed interest in participating together to host a weekend of garage and yard sales. We are planning on the weekend of March 29th and 30th.

We thought we might try to make it a bit festive by inviting more of the neighborhood to also participate and host their own sales. We're going to be playing music, there's been talk of having some food barbecuing, and it seems like it should be a nice time.

If you would like to participate with your household as well, we would love to have you join us!

We are putting up flyers throughout the local neighborhood bounded by Vegas, Torrey Pines, Jones and Lanning. If you would like to print out and/or digitally share the poster, please feel free to do so to spread the word!

We set up a google website to direct people who come across the flyers speckled throughout the neighborhood and want to know more. It also can serve as a registry/directory for people to "sign up" and view which houses are participating. It also has a field that allows you to share what kind of items you might plan on having out for sale.

We might create a map to post as we get closer to the weekend if more houses sign up.
