Hi, and thanks for looking. We are selling this to get my husband a big chair :) The couch and loveseat both recline on both ends. The couch is electric, and the loveseat is manual. The coffee table is in ok condition. The top can be recovered in any other materials. There are 2 wooden trays that came with the set and match. I am selling all three together or separate. Please email me with any questions on this. I am off of Powerline and Toledo and upstairs. However, it is very easy to get up as the stairs are wide and the doors as well. 2 people will have to carry this down and put in your truck. Come prepared~! also have a few nice framed photos (large) etc... No reasonable offer refused. Can sell the set or ONLY one piece if that is all you want.
