Norm and Laura Dianda estate liquidation auction. - Auction #4 (Guest House / Yard Decor) This is the fourth auction we are doing at the Dianda Estate is South Reno. This auction is located in the guest house just across the yard from the main house where we have held the last two auctions and connected to the garages where we held the shop auction. This is not a small guest house. It is a large space and is filled with all types of items. More taxidermy pieces, some nice art, decor, and a variety of vintage pieces in all styles. Good diversity in this grouping. Auction will be open for bidding as soon as this auction is live. You must register an account on EstateSales.org and have a credit / debit card on file to bid on any items in the auction. Auction will begin closing on Saturday April 5th at 4:00pm with lots closing every 30 seconds until the auction is complete. Additional time will be added to the lot for bids in the last 30 seconds There are around 300 lots so it will take some time to finish. This auction is running for approximately 2 weeks to allow us to prep and continue set up for the next auction and saleson the property and allow for adequate exposure. Pick up times will be scheduled for the following days after the auction concludes. Buyers premium for this auction will be 20%. Nevada sales tax will also be included in final sales price. If you have a tax ID for resale, you can input that number when you register on the site. If you have a resale number for tax exempt status, please use that number and input it on your account under your account settings. We have no access to your personal information and cannot change it for you. Preview Day We are cutting the preview down to one day on this auction as we have multiple projects going on. Preview will take placeSaturday March 29th from 9:00am to 3:00pm. Thiswill be the only preview day for this auction. We definitely recommend coming to the preview to see all the lots prior to bidding. . It will just be a preview of this auction. There will NOT be an additional in person estate sale.Please make sure you are following our company and receiving our emails to get updates on every sale. Pickup Days - Pick up is scheduled for Sunday April 6thand Monday April 7th from 9:00am to 3:00pm. Given certain logistics , i.e. weather, these days may change. We are ending the auction this time on Saturday to allow those people that work during the week to pick up on Sunday. Pick up will take place at 2100 Holcomb Ranch Lane. We do not have any delivery for items. We recommend that if you win any breakable items that you bring plenty of packing materials to wrap up your items. All items are being sold "As Is, Where Is". Please take advantage of preview days to examine items prior to bidding. There will be no returns on any auction items. Items not picked up or made arrangements for pickup within 10 days become our property and will be auctioned at a later date, put in future sale or donated. Please do not message us with questions regarding any information on the items in the auction through this site.. We will not be able to respond. as we are usually out on site setting up other sales.
