Contents of a 10' x 10' storage unit being sold by the storage unit owner. Contents include: furniture, blood pressure cuff, wedding dress/handbag, slot machine, American Girl dolls & accessories, old baby rocker, PS3 & Xbox with games, pressure washer, Craftsman table saw, hedge trimmer, glassware, large speaker system, metal tool box, plus much more. The functionality of electric/electronic items is unknown. The authenticity of items have not been checked/guaranteed. The unit is located in Poughkeepsie, NY.Payment is due by Tuesday, April 8 at 1PM.Information with payment and pickup instructions will be emailed to winning bidders the morning after the auction ends.Pickup must be completed by Sunday, April 13 at 5PM. ** Pickup note: The winning bidders must clean/take all & leave nothing in the unit or on the storage facility property by Sunday, April 13 at 5PM. There is no dumpster on the property. Anything left in the unit after Sunday, April 13 at 5PM will be deemed abandoned & all cleanup costs will be the responsibility of the buyer. Any units not 100% completely cleaned out by stated pickup deadline, the high bidder will incur a minimum disposal fee of $150. There is no dumpster on the property.
