Lake Bernadette is having their Community Wide Yard Sales this Saturday, March 29th, 2025.

I have a friend who works for a high-end estate sale business. The owner of the company doesn't like to deal with the "littles" or the "smalls." She brings totes and totes of items to my yard sale every year. Most of the high end clothing and other items come from her. Once again this year we have bins and bins of clothing, many of them with the tags still on them. The sizes range from Small to 4X in both men's and women's. The new clothing and jeans are all $3.00 each. The used clothing is all sorted by sizes in bins and it is all $2.00 each. We will have one rack of the best of the best, and those pieces will be individually priced.

Just a side note: Every piece of used clothing has been laundered. I do not sell dirty clothing, and we do not have pets and we do not smoke.
Also, for the re-sellers, I am using removeable stickers on the high dollar items so you won't have to worry about getting tags off and leaving residue.

Harley Davidson branded clothing, men and women, $3.00 each.

There is a tote of high end bras, Victoria's Secret, Soma, etc. $3.00 each

There is a rack of coats and jackets. North Face, Nike, LL Bean, Patagonia, Ralph Lauren and more, $3.00 - $5.00.

There is a lot of vintage clothing, most are in the $2.00 bins.

Purses including Dooney and Bourke, Tori Burch, Kate Spade, Michael Kors, Coach, Vera Bradley and more.

Totes of shoes, including Nike, Chacos, Converse, Clarks, and more

Lots of hats, including some from a couple of the US Opens.

I have makeup and vintage perfumes, including Fendi and Chanel. There is also an entire box of brand new skin care, makeup, lotions, etc. These will be individually priced.

Many Bath and Body Works Items.

Do you love candles? I have TONS! Yankee Candle, Bath and Body Works, Partylite, Scentsy etc.

Household Items

Some new toys including a big bin of Harry Potter items, some never opened.

Some vintage electronics including a Behringer Bass Amplifier, vintage cassette player, old Xbox & controllers, and more.

There will be some jewelry that my mother-in-law is bringing, and also a table of coins. Vintage and Proof sets. You will have to deal with my father-in-law for those! :)
