Magnolia Farm Community Yard Sale

Calling all yard sale shoppers to come visit our annual neighborhood-wide yard sale on Saturday, April 5th, 2025. While specific sale times are ultimately up to each yard sale host, it is expected that a general time will be 7:00am to early afternoon.
We have close to 200 homes in our community, so be sure to canvass the entire neighborhood as sales will be located at individual residences.

Where is Magnolia Farms Located?
Heading toward Apison on East Brainerd Road, proceed past the new Publix shopping center at the Enclave and continue down East Brainerd Road. After you pass the “Welcome to Apison” sign on your right at London Lane, we are then the first subdivision on your left (you’ll easily see our pool and recreation area).

Attention Magnolia Farms Residents:
Get your sale items ready! We encourage those hosting a sale to post signs at the neighborhood entrance and throughout Apison/East Brainerd indicating that you are hosting a yard sale. We do ask that you please pick up the yard sale signs you put out by Saturday evening. We also encourage that you share this invite to all local Facebook pages that you are following.
