If all options have been exhausted and the invoice remains unpaid, we will be forced to report all unpaid invoices to collections. Bidder agrees not to Charge Back or Deny any charges to their credit card. CHARGEBACKS will be charged a $50 administration fee, sent to collections, as well as prosecuted for theft for items over $500. WE PROVIDE IN-HOUSE SHIPPING ON ALL LOTS UNLESS SPECIFIED. Local Pick-Up is also available at our office in Atlanta. Shipping invoices are sent out once the auction invoice is paid in full. Shipping invoices not paid within 10 days of receipt of invoice will be considered ABANDONED PROPERTY, and Insta-Auction may dispose of the property as Insta-Auction sees fit.
