No time to catalog an auction - everything must go SOON! We will be having an On-site Tag Estate SaleFriday (4/18) & Saturday (4/19) in Stevensville on Kent Island. First exit over the Bay Bridge off Route 8. House is completely PACKED! Tons of Comics, Baseball Cards, Collectibles, Books, Sterling Silver Flatware Set, Le Coulter Clock, Mitchell Lurie Clarinet,Kitchen & Cookware, Jewelry & Jewelry Making, Shelves of Fabric, Sci-fi Hardbacks, Huge Beer Glass Collection,Electronics, Records, Decanters & Barware, Power & Hand Tools, plus much more ALSOmany HousePlants Needing New Homes. We will only have to time to lightly stage and price a small portion of the home making a safe and enjoyable shopping experience. The rest of the housewill be a pickers paradise priced at the register. Not sure of our pricing? If its not priced, just bring out a small pile and if you like our pricing go back in the house and load up - if not, leave it and we will restock it and go have a nice day!If you have been to one of Smitty's picker sales, we are quite confident you will like the deals. We have 2 days to empty this packed house, we won't be messing around like some other companies that don't mind leaving a ton unsold at the end of the sale - it all needs to be repurposed (especially the beautiful plants). We start at 10am Friday (April 18th) and will sell until at least 3pm. We will be back at it again Saturday (April 19th) at 9am also until at least 2pm. Address will be posted Thurs Eve. (4/17). Signs will also be posted off Route 8 (Romancoke Road). We do not hold, reserve, presell, give out prices, ect before the sale starts. If you want to call after we have been open a few hours for a price or status of a specific item, feel free. But again, we will not hold so it's best to just start driving, Kent Island is beautiful in Apriland has some of the best lunch places in all of Maryland! ALL ITEMS OF VALUE (Jewelry, Silver, Trading Cards, Handbags, ect) are always removed from the property until sale day and ALARM IS ARMED & LOUD! PLEASE DO NOT VISIT THE PROPERTY until morning of sale - CAMERAS &MOTION DETECTOR ARE ACTIVEand we do prosecute if we have to come over to reset the alarm. Again, morning of sale, please do not walk down the driveway until our staff arrives to turn off the alarm. We gladly accept CASH, PAYPAL, VENMO, ZELLE, or even a Local Check (under $250 on checks please). There are no curbs in the neighborhood so park like it's your front yard and please do not block driveways or mailboxes. We are not responsible for any accidents or illness associated with the property. Wear comfortable shoes and be prepared to do some treasure hunting. We do not do the numbers thing but simply line up for an orderly open at 10am sharp. Feel free to bring a lawn chair, newspaper and coffeeif you don't want to stand in line. Once we are open a bit there usually is no line so just walk on in and start shopping.
