Contemporary meets vintage in this fabulous collection of art, antiques and modern curated by the late Sandy Reynolds and her husband Robert “Swifty” Reynolds. Well known for decades in Fayetteville and beyond for their community service- Robert served as a city councilman and Sandy was a community volunteer, maybe best known for her dedication to The Attic thrift store. Aside from that, almost anyone who attended the UA will remember them as the owners of the landmark Rogers Rec on Dickson St. Here's what you’ll find at this very packed sale. Enough collectable glass to fill an antique store. Huge collection of Fenton of all patterns and colors: Hobnail, Cranberry, Coin Dot, Carnival and more in opalescent blue, white, moonstone, pink, ruby red. Collection of green and pink depression glass with some very collectable pieces. Forest Green boopie glasses and other pieces. Add to that contemporary glass and pottery throughout the house--some handmade, lots in bright primary colors, some Egyptian influence, a bedroom outfitted with accoutrements to create a beachy vibe. Linens, decorative pillows, towels and quilts. Ms. Sandy loved art and selected well. Abstract art and unique art like a large green glass imbedded palm leaf hanging art piece. Many pieces purchased from the much loved now closed Enigma in Fayetteville. And, Ms. Sandy was a fine dresser and her closet is full of very nice L-XL clothing, size 6 ½ shoes, accessories, purses, scarves, jewelry etc. The kitchen is overflowing with both contemporary and vintage.
