Helping my neighbor with a huge moving/estate sale. Great hardworking people, former longtime bakery owners here in town. I cant remember the name but used to be on grand river where coney island is now.
They have tons of restaurant quality equipment. Her husband who Sadly passed years ago has 2 large garages full of tools, construction equipment, materials among other items. Any contractors, handyman, restaurant suppliers/owners could fill a truckload of new/vintage/like new materials at a great price. Also she has a huge collection of crafting sewing material from the 60's on up, patterns, buttons, zippers, cloth and everything you could thing of to make clothes from scratch. There having a sale this weekend the 25th from 9am-5pm fri/sat and Sunday 9am-3pm. Anyone serious about buying construction, restaurant, or crafting items in bulk and would like to make a early appointment to see items in person message me at Nickhayman25@gmail.com. She's living with family 20 min away so please only people with good intentions not to waste time and cherry pick a couple items contact me for a private viewing since there are busy enough trying to get all in order. They are the best kind of people and have been great neighbors and friends of my family for years, please pass along this information to anyone you would think is interested.
