Golden Bear Estate Liquidation presents an on site estate sale in Point Richmond. Saturday April 26th (9am-4pm) & Sunday April 27th (10am-2pm, unless we sell out early). Address will be released at 6am on Saturday 26th. A hint location will be posted on my website Friday night. We will let in 14 people to start the sale, and then 1 out, 1 in. I will increase this number as the day progresses. Parking may be tough on the weekend, but it should be ok. Please do not block neighbors driveways. Help us clear out this home. All Must Go!
