Estate contents of country-style home which includes the following items, plus more. Photos will be posted mid-May: Living Room: All contents to include upholstered sofa, matching coffee table and end tables, Tiffany-style lamps throughout the house (some are being kept by family), artwork, any decorative items, etc. Kitchen (Dining Area): All contents inside cabinets and drawers, including some cookware, possibly small appliances, etc. Dining Room: All contents to include country-style golden oak dining table with chairs and matching china cabinet. Contents of the china cabinet including Pfaltzgraff set, flatware, glassware, etc., plus area rug, liquor cabinet with contents, artwork, etc. Family Room/Den: All contents to include taxidermy (e.g., deer and bison), sofa, coffee and end tables, stereo equipment, television (possibly in LR), artwork, decorative items, weathervanes, etc. Office: All contents to include books, desk with chair, possibly file cabinets, Fender acoustic guitar, camera equipment, decorative items (except archery sculpture), artwork, office-related items, etc. Bedrooms: MBR: All contents to include cherrywood traditional bedroom furniture set, lamps, (possibly men's jewelry?), artwork, some men's clothing, gun safe, knife collection, etc. Other Bedroom: All contents. Foyer, Closets, and Hallways: All contents to include artwork, historical photographs of Great Plain Indian tribes, etc. Workshop or Garage: All contents to include sportsman-related items, boat lantern, etc. Outdoors/Shed: All contents of shed including power tools, recreational "quad" vehicle, log splitter, archery equipment, etc. Miscellaneous(not guaranteed it will be part of the estate sale): Optional merchandise contingent on Client’s decision; black powder firearms, any jewelry, MG vehicle only if available for sale at time of estate sale.
